Possible mandatory in-house day

As a prerequisite for participating in the upcoming trip, you are required to attend a mandatory in-house day in the Netherlands on March 14th 2025. Please keep this in mind when completing the registration form.

For the MAEUR Study Trip, section 3 points (b) (ii) and (b) (iii) of terms & conditions do not apply, meaning that you cannot cancel your participation at any time. The maximum time allowed for the cancellation is 2 weeks after the day of selection. You have until the 14th of February 2025 to get a refund for 50% of the participation fee. Later cancellations will result in no possible refund of this fee.

I understand that if I get selected to join the study trip based on this application, €340 participation fee will be deducted from my account (a notice about the deduction date will be given in advance).

FYI: It includes the flight, accommodation, some activities and transport from the Airport to the hostel in Portugal. You can decide whether you want extra luggage or to partake in certain activities once you have been selected for the trip. This fee excludes extra costs such as certain activities and some meals.
