Description

Do you want to create amazing campaigns? And get value out of the data you collect? Are you creative but do you also like tricky challenges, and can you solve them in a smart way? Then we have a challenging full-time internship for you!

The role

The Growth Hacker will identify channels and areas for growth with test & learn approach, including:

  • Test and optimize marketing tactics for customer acquisition (e.g. online advertising, partnerships, direct mail, affiliate) and conversion rate optimization
  • Conduct and present analyses and market research that influence business decisions
  • Propose creative new projects, that can improve metrics at all stages of the funnel
  • Deliver on ideas and motivate teammates to collaborate on initiatives
  • Keep abreast with the latest trends and changes in UI/UX and digital marketing
  • Identify industry trends and insight

Key skills and experience

In terms of experience, you will be / have;

  • Ability to manipulate large data sets and recognise patterns
  • Advanced spreadsheet manipulation skills
  • Experience working in a startup environment
  • Applicable knowledge of front-end code and ability to manipulate web-journeys
  • Hands on experience with web analytics and A/B testing tools
  • Domain expertise in UI/UX best practices
  • Outstanding analytical and problem solving skills
  • High standards of excellence and attention to detail
