Active Members Weekend
Halfway through November it was time for one of our biggest and most fun activities of the year; the Active Members Weekend!
On Friday the 14th of November a bus with 30 active members drove off to Holten where we the accomodation was. When the bus arrived members were welcomed with a welcome cocktail and had some free time to discover the place and play some card games until dinner was served. Delicious wraps were made with meat and veggies. After dinner it was time for a disco party! Everyone took out their disco outfits and made it a fun and memorable night!
On Saturday the day started off slow with a brunch, where pancakes, croissants and bread were served. After brunch it was time for Crazy 57. A list of 57 tasks that needed to be ticked off, whichever team gets the most points wins. The group was split up into 5 teams, each team showed their competitiveness and gave the board some laughs with their creative ways of completing the tasks. After crazy 57 it was time for dinner, pasta pesto was served. After dinner the MAEUR cantus was hosted. Everyone sang out loud to their favourite songs and drank with "Ein Prosit" after every song. After the cantus it was time for a regular party where everyone enjoyed one last night at the Active Members Weekend!
On Sunday it was unfortunately already time to leave. After breakfast and a quick clean up the bus arrived and everyone went back to Rotterdam, on time for their classes to start again on Monday!
