For the Active Members Weekend, section 3 points (b) (ii) and (b) (iii) of terms & conditions do not apply, meaning that you cannot cancel your participation at any time. The maximum time allowed for the cancellation is 7 working days before the day of departure. You have until the 7th of November 2025 to cancel your participation. Later cancellations will result in no possible refund of the participation fee.
