MAEUR X ACE: Women in Marketing
On April 24, we proudly hosted our first collaborative event together with ACE, centered around this year’s inspiring theme: Women in Marketing. The event brought together students and professionals for an engaging afternoon focused on creativity, strategy, and real-world marketing insights.

We began the day with a presentation by Lucia Tarro, who provided an in-depth look into the marketing world of nhow Hotels. She shared valuable insights into how the brand positions itself within the highly competitive hospitality industry, highlighting its bold, creative, and design-driven marketing approach. Her talk also touched on the importance of innovation, storytelling, and brand identity in building a strong presence in today’s market.

After the presentation, students were introduced to a challenging and thought-provoking case inspired by the themes discussed. They were given time to work in groups to develop their own marketing strategies, including clear objectives and relevant KPIs. This allowed participants to apply theoretical knowledge to a realistic business scenario, encouraging both critical thinking and collaboration.

The session concluded with group presentations, where students showcased a wide variety of creative and well-structured ideas. It was inspiring to see the different perspectives and strategic approaches that emerged, each reflecting a strong understanding of marketing principles and the importance of data-driven decision-making.

The day concluded with networking drinks where students got the chance to network with fellow students and Nhow hotels.

We would like to sincerely thank everyone who attended and contributed to making this event a success. A special thank you goes to Lucia Tarro from nhow Hotels for her time, expertise, and for delivering such an insightful and engaging presentation and case. We would also like to thank ACE, Students4Students and the Erasmus Education Lab for their collaboration on this project!
