Career Days 2025: From Applications to Interviews
This year’s Career Days took students on a journey from building the perfect CV to nailing real-life interviews and connecting with top companies in the marketing and business world.
Day 1 focused on applications, with workshops led by Page Personnel and TOPdesk. Students refined their CVs, practiced interview techniques, and gained valuable recruiter insights—transforming the application process into a clear and strategic path forward.
Day 2 brought the excitement to new heights—literally. On the 23rd floor of the Rotterdam Marriott, students took part in a speed-dating-style interview event with 11 leading companies, including L’Oréal, Henkel, Mondelez, HelloPrint, Dutch Flower Group, Hilti, Maxlead, Nederlandse Loterij, Spotonvision, SchaalX and Creative Clicks. With just 10 minutes per meeting, students had to make strong first impressions and ask smart questions. The day was high-paced, insightful, and full of opportunities—some students walked away with career prospects, others with valuable feedback and new connections.
Day 3 wrapped up Career Days with an inspiring in-house day at Coolblue. Students got an exclusive look behind the scenes of one of the Netherlands’ most well-known e-commerce companies. Various marketing teams shared insights into their daily work, followed by a case challenge that gave participants a chance to apply their skills in a real-world setting. The day ended with informal networking, giving students the chance to ask questions and explore career paths at Coolblue.
