Please note: If you are not able to come, please cancel by sending an e-mail to secretary@maeur.nl BEFORE 48 hours prior to the event. For cancellations within 48 hours prior to the event we do not reimburse your participation fee. If you cancel within 48 hours prior to the event, or don’t show up during the event, an additional fee of €15,- will be deducted from your bank account, known as our no-show policy. This fee will be deducted from your bank account within 4 weeks after the event.
